Chelsea decided that she needed a new toy, and this was the one that she decided on. She sits in the middle then can spin around in the seat to see all the different toys around her. She has yet to figure out that she could bounce up and down in the seat as well, but I'm sure that will be on the way soon cause it doesn't take her long to figure things out.

Oh dear! She's picking stuff out already?!? Those things are full of fun so I'm sure you'll get lots of hours of enjoyment from them.
